Trail Running Hydration Vest (5L)

A 5-liter hydration vest is the sweet spot for trail runs and day hikes up to 6 hours. Enough capacity for water, nutrition, a rain layer, and your phone — light enough to forget it is there. The Alpine Folk Trail Running Hydration Vest holds two 500ml soft flasks in front chest pockets (included), plus a 5L rear compartment for gear.

The vest body is made from a breathable 3D stretch mesh that conforms to your torso without bunching or bouncing. The chest strap adjusts in three positions. Rear compartment sits high on the back to shift the center of gravity away from your hips. Emergency whistle integrated into the chest buckle.

Fits men and women (size-inclusive design, 14 adjustments total). Tested to 50 miles without chafing by our product testers. Weight: 155g without flasks.
